Selfmade kebab 🌮

Habt ihr schonmal einen Döner selber gemacht?
Ich nicht, zumindest bis vor ein paar Tagen.
Ich dachte auch nicht jemals in diesen Genuß zu kommen und dann kam ein Kumpel auf diese glorreiche Idee.
Da war ich zuerst skeptisch aber es ist garnicht so schwer, was denn auch.
Also haben wir einen Drehgrill für Zuhause bestellt.
Schwein - und Rindfleisch beim Fleischer des Vertrauens in dünne Scheiben schneiden lassen.
Einige waren so dünn das man durchgucken konnte.
Noch ein bißchen Gemüse kleingehäckselt und das wichtigste...die Soße.
Knoblauchsoße selbstverständlich, die haben wir einen Tag vorher zubereitet damit sie schön durchziehen kann.
Und ich kann euch sagen sie ist durchgezogen, aber ordentlich.
Fladenbrot gab es bei einer ortsansässigen Bäckerei die darauf spezialisiert ist.
Mehr braucht's nicht für nen eigenen Döner.
Gesagt getan und was soll ich sagen, ich hätte fast vergessen das ganze in Bildern festzuhalten so lecker war der Döner.
Hab letztendlich zwei Stück genossen, man war das ne scharfe Nummer, so foodpornmäßig scharf.
Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen.

Have you ever made your own kebab?
Not me, at least until a few days ago.
Didn't think I'd ever enjoy it either.
Then a buddy came up with this glorious idea.
I was skeptical at first, but it's not that difficult.
So we ordered a revolving grill for home.
Cut the pork and beef into thin slices at the butcher of confidence.
Some were so thin you could see through.
A little bit more vegetables chopped and the most important thing...the sauce.
Garlic sauce of course, we prepared it the day before so that it can pass through beautifully.
And I can tell you she's pulled through, but neat.
There was flatbread at a local bakery that specializes in it.
That's all it takes for your own doner kebab.
No sooner said than done and what should I say, I almost forgot to capture the whole thing in pictures so delicious was the kebab.
I finally enjoyed two pieces, it was a hot number, so food-porn like.
I can only recommend it to everyone.
