Generate Great Photos Just Use Smartphone and Used Cardboard
To produce a good photo work, not a few people assume the need to use first-class photography device.
But that assumption is not entirely true. It was broken by French photographer, Philippe Echaroux.
Armed with an iPhone camera and exploit lighting using McDonald's burger boxes made from cardboard, Echaroux has managed to produce incredible portrait work.
Echaroux's goal of publishing his work is to encourage people to do the things he wants to do without much waiting.
He also did not hesitate to share tips related to how to take photos by utilizing used cardboard for lighting. But keep in mind, he acknowledged that the end result of this photo has been through the edit process via VSCO or Lightroom Mobile.
However, the whole process is only done using the iPhone. Moreover, without proper lighting, the results of this kind of photo is very difficult to successfully do. Here's the step from Echaroux.
- He utilizes flashlights, straws, and Big Mac boxes (McDonald's burgers) to create lighting
- The bottom of the box is used to place the flashlight, while the straw is used to hold the box open.
- After that, he began to catch a number of faces of people around.
