I love crispy cake! The main secret of cooking this cake is exactly the preparation of the dough.

This cake harmoniously combines savory crunchy dough and tender sweet cream. Preparing a cake is not at all difficult and it will need a small amount of ingredients.

Ingredients:
220 g flour
200 g butter
180 g sour cream
1 egg
Cream:
4 egg whites
100 ml of water
200 g sugar
Decorations:
handful marshmallow
raspberry topping

Directions:

Add flour and soft butter to the cup. Mix everything.

To the mixture add one egg and sour cream. Knead the test to a smooth consistency.

The dough should not turn out liquid. If the dough is not thick enough, add some more flour.

Wrap the dough in the plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for one hour.

Roll out the cold dough on parchment paper as thin as possible.

Cut the dough to the desired size. Pierce the dough with a fork from above, this is necessary so that the dough does not rise much and does not increase in size.

Bake each cake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

To prepare the cream, mix the sugar and water in a small saucepan and place on the stove. Sugar syrup to cook on medium heat until thick.

Mix egg whites with a mixer until thick foam. Then gradually add sugar syrup to egg whites. Mix everything well (for 7-10 minutes).

Grease the cake with cream and refrigerate for 2 hours. When serving, decorate the cake with marshmallows and add raspberry topping.
