      Besides the differences I marked, the bottom picture is brighter.

      • Brightness was increased slightly
      • Contrast was increased
      • It looks like the hue / saturation might have been modified
      • The dock was cut to extend only to the tower
      • The overhang on the tower was cut on the left
      • Something that is fairly circular in nature that was sticking out right under the sun was removed
      • Various masts in far in the back were removed
      • The bob in the water (between the closest boats was removed)
      • A white blob (reflection) just north of the bob in the water was removed
      • The engine in the boat in the lower left corner of the photo was removed
      • The ladder handles in front of that boat were removed
      • In the middle left, the trees and a boat's mast were removed
      • Way in the back - center, a blotch of something (to the left of a long, rectangular blotch that is slanted up of something), was removed
