Creatures on the Mountain above Anarchapulco II
I thought this to myself the other day... This place is like having your own zoo. Only the animals come and visit you.
This spider is missing a few legs. It's a rough world out there!
We can't go without some butterflies. I haven't had a great deal of time or opportunities to chase butterflies but I thought these were interesting... it's almost like they have fur.
An interesting insect that apparently wanted in.
I wasn't sure what this was. I thought it might be a slug until I noticed it breathing. It's a frog.
Check it's eyes out.
We've got big birds. We've got a few condors that drink from the pool regularly, I haven't been able to get a decent shot of them. We had three on our antenna array but when I went to take the very cool shot... they got spooked and this is what I ended up with.
This appears to be a very strange moth. Never seen a wing configuration like this before.
A massive grasshopper hung out in the pool for a few days. He even took a swim and then headed out.
Looking over the results of the past month. The first of these was one of my most viewed posts so if this goes well, you'll probably be seeing more.

Thanks for the time and attention.
Thank you for these interesting pictures! The last one may eat your flowers but the best one is the green stick insect, marvellous. Enjoy your time there and take more! Following you to encourage you to do just that.
Thanks for the follow. We're constantly being visited by new and interesting organisms. I may have to do one on the wide variety of ants. Does that sound interesting?
I know very little about ants so it would be interesting. Not that I like them so much but they are on our planet! Kind of you to offer.
