Vegan Toast Duo Makes A Delicious Supper Feast
Vegan Toast Duo - One toast made of toasted bread with white bean spread, fresh tomato slices and topped with pulled jackfruit on a hickory sauce. Second one was made of toasted bread with white bean spread, oven roasted tomatoes, eggplant and black olives topped with pan fried shiitake mushrooms with garlic. The toasts were sided with oven roasted rosemary fries and coleslaw - delicious dinner on a rainy evening
