Cruelty Free Thanksgiving - Today I was in the mood to cook a Thanksgiving dish to show that a delicious feast can be done cruelty - free. Oven baked pumpkin flavored with a thym-garlic olive oil and stuffed with a lentil, corn, red onions and spinach ragout flavored with a horseradish coconutcream. All this was sided with oven baked potatoes and baked apple slices topped with stir fried shiitake mushrooms with red onions and garlic flambé with rum
