Summer is here and the bikes are out and ready for serious training in preparation for the Extreme Ride 4 Hunger cycle challenge.

1000km over 6 days. From Kimberley in the Northern Cape to Cape Town in the Western Cape South Africa.

All this is done in association with Meals on Wheels to raise awareness to the plight of the poor in South Africa. Goal is a hunger free country.

Anyone wanting to take part in this adventure and cycle for a purpose please visit the website to enter. There are limited entries available for 2020 register now to avoid disappointment. Help make a difference in the lives of others.
