Ancient Wisdom Tree. 🌳

This tree can be found in the reserve in KwaZulu. Its trunk tells a story through the ages and is well over 150 years old.

I find it fascinating and intriguing that it existed long before I ever arrived and will be long after I am gone. It carries tales long forgotten buried deep inside its roots and trunk feeding the world around it with oxygen and good energy. Doing what it was meant to do.

Am grateful that the community holds it in high regard and has managed to keep it alive for all this time. "be bold and the mighty forces will come to your aid."

Reminds me of how important it is to honour and cherish those people in our lives who have lived. Listen. They have valuable lessons to teach.
