Grand Marais is a small, rural community in Manitoba. Manitoba is known for the lakes and lots of beaches to explore, this being one of them. This particular beach is just south of another large, popular beach called Grand Beach.

Grand Beach is about 1 hour and 30 minutes from the city of Winnipeg, and is known for the softest sand around and ancient beaches formed from the end of the last ice age. It is definitely a tourist attraction with having lots to do then just a beach, such as: hiking, bike rentals, boating, seedooing, and much much more!
