This is my participation in the Show me the TREES contest round 6 of @barski
This spectacular pine forest is located in the vicinity of the city of Caracas Venezuela, in the Macarao National Park, La Culebra sector. For the easiest access through the city of Teques either by subway, bus or own car and from there to the town of San Pedro de los Alto, you start the cement road walk, then by a dirt road a few kilometers more and you arrive at the Park ranger house where you register to spend the night and receive information about the area, you walk through a narrow passage until you reach this wonderful area full of pine trees and mountain weather where you can find beautiful wild flowers, birds and wild rabbits.
During the tour, a large number of pine trees were observed along several hectares of land. The weather is cold and the soil is lined by dry acicles that come off them.
Before entering, there are quite a few eucalyptus trees and other trees, the change in temperature is drastic, it is important to wear comfortable or sporty clothes and shoes on the route.
