Imaginative Photography #60 - The Theater

in #photography6 years ago

Look at this fine art picture I took on Hollywood Blvd in front of a movie theater. I had to experiment around with many different shots to get this one. This picture has a lot going on in it. It's hard to get this many colors with a shot like this. It's also hard to get the fine lines in with the bold colors. I had fun doing this picture, Hollywood is always an adventure!

CAMERA Canon EOS 40D
ISO 100
FOCAL LENGTH 47.0 mm (76.1 mm in 35mm)
APERTURE f/14
EXPOSURE TIME 2.5s (2.5)

Here is another one that I reversed. I didn't like this one as much as the first. Which one do you like?

100% my original work! Copyright 2018 ® Mark Vance Photography

I am an award winning photographer and filmmaker. Many of my pictures have been used in TV Shows and Feature Films, such as "Zero Dark Thirty", "NCIS Los Angeles", "Scandal", "Blackish" and "The Walking Dead".
All my pictures are from one capture and nothing is computer generated, except where noted. Then it is only an inversion or an increase in saturation only, not a change to the actual content of the picture.
I hope you find my pictures unusual, creative and in some cases inspiring. Everyone sees something different in my pictures. Enjoy!

Great shots, as usual, Mark!

Great red frequencies!

The firt one is my favorite, the next one is a bit less bright on the old eyes!

I like the first shot. Great colors and richer texture.

This 2 shots are amazing and I love the colouration....this has a great effect.thanks for sharing @markvance

Without a doubt, the first one is the best, how do you achieve these pictures? you move the camera a lot and you shoot?

It's really unusual, and I think you are a maestro! I will follow you to learn more about art. Thx you @markvance :)

Me encanta la primera fotografia

I'm a fan of the original. The texture is incredible. Busy yet fluid.
