No attribution was provided. It seems @realknowledge was trying to pass them off as his/her own as no indication is given that the photographer was someone else. This is reprehensible behavior.

There is no way anyone can grow their account like this. Outright plagiarism like this will be flagged removing any rewards and getting the reputation of the account destroyed.
