Golder Hour In The Afternoon
I took these at about three pm today.
The stump of a small tree we cut down last summer because it was growing way too close to our house. It's a really bad idea to plant trees or even bushes right next to your house. That's because, as the roots grow, they may damage the foundation drainage pipes causing them to fill with the coarse sand or gravel that surrounds them. The drainage pipes already have holes on the topside that are smaller than the average grain size of the material surrounding them.
A rose bush slated for being rooted out for the same reason as the tree.
A mini iceberg on top of my car.
Oh! 3 pm is just like 6pm here!
For now. Three months from now our 6pm will be like your 6pm and six months from now the night sky will be dark blue at midnight.
Love to see the sky being dark blue at night!
It’s like shortly after the sun has set.
