FIRE IN THE SKY

Last January 31, 2018, I was expecting to photograph the once in a blue moon phenomenon, the Blue Blood Moon, but sad to say, I didn't witness it because here in Davao City, it was so cloudy. I was sooooooo dissappointed.

But yesterday, February 1, 2018, when I was on my way home, mother nature made her propitiation, she showed me the beauty of the Golden Hour. In photography, the golden hour is a short period after sunrise or before sunset.

I grabbed my 3-year-old Android smartphone and took many snaps of it. It wasn't easy though. I was using a 3-year-old Android Phone, (imagine it's camera is really outdated compared to new camera phones today) and I was taking my shots inside a moving vehicle. Composition and focus was difficult. I have to press my shutter faster than the Flash.

In addition to that, I look awkwardly stupid taking photos of the view; every passengers were looking at me. Hahaha... I don't care.
