Pholiota flammans - Hat diameter 30-80 mm, young hemispherical, later arched, opulent. The surface is dry, slightly shiny, slightly slippery after rain. The colors are yellowish-yellow, orange-yellow with yellow, curved scales, with age more bare. The shore is long rolled up, with fibrous, yellow remains of the cover.

Gills thick, wide 3-5 mm, sinuate cut. Initially lemon-yellow, then rust-yellow in color.

Stem 30-80 mm high, up to 8 mm thick; cylindrical, young full, empty with age; hat color; dry surface; under the ring zone protruding, lemon-yellow scales, naked above it.

The ring is not sharp; rather narrow, fibrillose, scaly annular zone.

Flesh thin, lemon-yellow, sulfur-yellow, slightly rusty on the edge. The taste is clearly bitter; odor weak, slightly musty or radish. After cutting, it may turn red and brown.

Occurrence: In coniferous and mixed forests; on trunks, stumps, on conifer wood, especially pines and spruces, rarely deciduous. It grows singly or in small groups; from July to October. Quite common, especially in mountainous and mountainous regions.

Value: Unaffected fungus.
