Mackerel Sky over Ireland

This amazing cloud formation looks like fish scales, so it's known as a mackerel sky. Isn't it amazing? It stretched right the way across the sky to the horizon behind me too.

I took this photo outside my house in West Cork, Ireland. Just a little snapshot of my life in the middle of nowhere :)
