If a very special birthday is coming or you feel like a pineapple cake you can make it very easy .. Here I leave the recipe .. IT IS VERY EXQUISITE .. SO I DARE ..
THE INGREDIENTS ARE:

๐ 3/4 Cups of white sugar.
๐ 150 gr. of sugar mascabado (this packed with his molasses).
๐ Hue 3 Eggs
๐ Taza 3 Cup of flour
๐ 1 can of condensed milk
๐ 1 tablespoon vanilla if you like
๐ Cu 1 teaspoon of baking powder
๐ 8 slices of pineapple with your syrup.
๐ 8 Cherries with their syrup.
PREPARATION

First of all we should grease with butter and sprinkle with the mascabado sugar in the mold where we are going to place the mixture.
Beat the butter until in a large bowl until acre, we are gradually integrating the sugar, eggs one by one and then we are adding to our mixture condensed milk.

Sift the flour with the baking powder, that is, pass through a sieve, it is incorporated into the butter mixture, alternating with the pineapple syrup.

The pineapple slices are placed at the bottom of the mold and the cherries are placed in the holes. Pour the mixture of the cake on top. Bake for 40 to 60 minutes and then immediately unmold on a plate.
