Independent Monument in Vlora, Albania
On this place there are a building which 1912 the flag of Albania hoisted up the first time. After the Independent of Albania Italy, Yugoslavia and Greece "invaded" the country. Years after fight Albania "wins". In December 1918 at the Paris Peace Conference they denied Albanias official representation. In January 1920 at the Paris Peace Conference they agreed to divide Albania among Yugoslavia, Italy, and Greece as a diplomatic expedient aimed at finding a compromise solution to the territorial conflict.
