Baiturrahman Grand Mosque
Baiturrahman Grand Mosque is located in downtown Banda Aceh, Aceh Province, Indonesia. This mosque is a symbol of religion, culture, spirit, power, struggle, and nationalism of Aceh society. The mosque was hit by tsunami waves in 2004, but did not suffer significant damage. In 2015 the mosque pride of the people of Aceh was renovated with built 12 units of electric umbrella, and the construction of a basement that can accommodate up to 300 four-wheel vehicles.
