The orange moon is an atmospheric effect caused by particles in the upper atmosphere. The orange effect is much like what you see during a sunrise and sunset. When there are wildfires around the color can tend toward an intense red.
Playing with the slow motion and fast motion effects in Adobe Premiere is fun.
