Old town Market in photographs
Today I went for a stroll in the Old town of Alcudia and took some photographs to illustrate how interesting it is and the wide variety of products that are available for purchase here. I love the fruits and vegetables especially that are to be seen here and I have taken quite a few pictures of the nice products that you can buy here.
Figs and Bananas
Lots of sweets
Peaches Grapes and Cherries
Oranges 1€ per kilogram
Here an assortment of potted plants 4 for 5€
Jamon Serrano ( cured hams )
Very typical of Mallorca our Tomatoes, potatoes and garlic
Cherrie tomates and Green Peppers
Giant pomagranates
And some very nice looking water melons
Here are a couple shots of some cheap garments and fake leather handbags
This market in the Alcudia old town runs twice a week Sundays and Tuesdays and atracts people from all over the island of Mallorca

Alcudia is the name of the city, which is a major turist area in Mallorca, Spain
