I think you shouldn't really put resteeming as a condition to enter the contest.
But of course you're free to do whatever you want to do on your blog.

Its because I dont seem to reach a great deal of people and the only way the competition will reach anyone and be worth even entering is if it's resteemed if I was a whale I wouldnt even have upvoting as a condition id just give away 100 steem. But I'm not. Resteeming isnt really that big a deal it only take 2 seconds to hit resteem.
Yes, it doesn't take long. But people have to be conscious here about not turning their blog into a resteem blog. By resteeming too much, the original content gets lost.
