Gut-wrenching beauty! I watched the news anxiously this summer (and one of my cousins was helping fight the fires both in the Gorge and in other areas - she actually recently returned from the Santa Barbara fire!)
Interestingly, I just shared a post about the Bridge of the Gods - in which one picture was from the same spot where someone took a picture of everything burning... So sad, but Mother Nature will fight back.
