Graveyards part 2 || Blue and green cemetery in Moldova
This graveyard lookes almost abandoned from distance, but when we came closer, we found that there are fresh wreaths (well they were plastic, but definitely looked brand new) and candles. I really like how they used the pipes for making crosses!
Some of the graves were interestingly decorated.
This is the church the graveyard was attached to. By the time we were there there was a mass with lots of people (mostly elderly women) singing and dancing in a circle in front of the priest who was singing as well.
Moldova is one of the least visited countries but it's really beautiful! There are cave monasteries, steppes, biggest wine cellars in the world, red sparkling wine and people who don't play games with tourists because you will probably be the only ones they will see in their life (unless you only decide to stay in Chisinau). Totally recommend! :)
