Ramen Nagomi - Brunswick, NJ
Dope ramen joint in NJ. Visiting a friend at Rutgers and got to try it out. 9/10 stars. For real this chow was dank. We got the ebi katsu shrimp bao, the seasonal truffle butter ramen, and the vegetarian curry w/ king trumpet ramen. Had to wait in line for 30 minutes to get a seat but it was totally worth it. Best bao I've ever had in my entire life. Broth was delicious and had complex unique flavors. I would highly recommend this place. Bonus is that it is also BYOB for no extra charge.
