Dead or salt sea?
Hi, Steemit!!!
The Dead sea is one of the most unusual and unique water reservoirs of our planet. Salt of the Dead sea is 33.7 per cent (350 gr. to 1 liter of water), which is ten times the salinity of ocean water. Therefore, because of the huge amount of salt water from the Dead sea thick, dense, feels oily and has a shade of metallic blue. Why so much salt in this sea? First of all, because in fact is a lake into which flow the waters of the Jordan river and several small streams. Jordan brings 850,000 tons of salt per year. During the day the atmosphere rises 7 million tons of water. The water evaporates and the salt remains.
This chair fell into the sea and salt covered it
Water in the Dead Sea is very healthy. If you are in Israel, then be sure to visit this unique sea.
I wish you a good mood !!!!
