Wonderful photos @acidyo! Photography and being out in nature can calm the soul. You should practice meditation or just doing simple things like thinking about your blessings before you sleep.. it will help calm you before your body tries to shut down for the night. Helps me a lot. Thanks, and I hope you are starting to feel better!
