I was lucky that during my vacation, a gastronomic festival was held in the city of Rostov-on-Don and in the Rostov region.
This gastronomic festival is held annually for 12 years.

Anyone can participate in this festival.
Participants prepare a Russian national liquid dish, which is called: Wuhu (УХА).

We went to the festival in one of the old villages.

The Wuhu is a unique fish dish of Russian cuisine, with distinctive features of cooking and composition inherent only in this dish.

Wuhu is prepared only from fresh fish (preferably live) and a certain variety.

Even more important is the dishes, the Wuhu is cooked only
in non-oxidizing pots, in enamel or clay.

This festival is always held on the river bank.
There was a lot of people!
People bathed, sang, danced.

Performed by artists.
They sang Russian folk songs.
Around fun!

Private works of folk art were presented.

There were different attractions.
When I finished (with my friends) this whole fun review, I went to look at the contest for Don's best Wuhu.
I was very interested in watching the cooking process - it's a whole art!
I was amazed at how lovingly and carefully the participants prepared their Wuhu!

After cooking it was necessary to give the dish to stand for about 8-10 minutes.

Then the jury tasted and chose the best Wuhu.
Later, all the soup was distributed free of charge to all comers.

And they were all present!
Everyone had their own plates with a spoon.

I tried it and this delicious!
And at the end of the festival, we made a walk in this carriage.

From this walk we also got a lot of fun!
