A deliciously refreshing frozen dessert made from fruits, full fat coconut milk (or almond milk) and any kind of sweetener you choose. Honey, sugar, agave syrup or maple syrup. For these colorful mini fruit sorbet , I used maple syrup.
It's an easy-to make- sweet treat, that you can serve it between courses or as a refreshing end to a dinner party! And you don't even need an ice cream maker to make them!You need only a good food processor and some fresh fruits of your choice in freezer for a few hours(chopped)!You have to cut, freeze and blend the fruits. If you don't like coconut milk, you can use water, sugar and lemon juice. You can also add alcohol, combine two or three fruits in one sorbet, add aromatic and spicy ingredients, just let your imagination free to create and taste..
They are perfect frosty, light sorbet, with a silky creamy texture, bright colors, delicated flavors and an addictive taste!💗
