Focaccia with Red Grapes📸
A heavenly homemade focaccia with the characteristic aroma of rosemary and the sweetness of red juicy seedless grapes is the perfect appetizer for autumn days. These wedges of focaccia would nicely fit with cheese and a bottle of rose wine..
The ingredients are simple, but it takes some hours to make this chewy, crispy, sweet and salty bread. You only have to be patient with the dough, but when it's ready, you probably will try (hard) not to eat the whole focaccia at once!The dessert, which is famous in Tuscany(has an Etruscan origin) is one of my favorite. I adore to bake it every time!💗 Simple, but amazing flavors!

Yep!It's an unusual combination! The fisrt time I tested this focaccia was in Florence,(called :schiacciata con l'uva) many years ago. And because I loved that taste, I found the recipe, but I make it with a "Greek" way!

Πέρα από την πλάκα τώρα, αυτό το βιβλίο είναι ενός οινολόγου και αναφέρεται στο κρασί και τα σταφύλια, μέσα στους αιώνες.Η λεζάντα από πίσω λέει μύηση..γένους θηλυκού και δείχνει μια γυναίκα πάνω σε βαρέλια με κρασί.
