I can't find a central location any of us can go to find out any rules, so can you tell me where you read this? Also, what is this black list that you speak of?

Thanks so much. Someone should put together a somewhat comprehensive guide. And maybe as soon as someone gets an account, the guide could be thier first follower. Or even maybe just a basic set of rules.... anything would be great. In the mean time any guidance you can lend me is vastly appreciated. Please feel free to point out my errors as I make them.
