The lost lightning strikes
Mourning the loss of a hard drive...
Rule of thumb, if there is anything you want to keep, redundancy is the key. I usually copy everything onto a network drive that is fault tolerant. Unfortunately, I've been taking a lot of time lapses, which results in thousands of photos. That poses two problems:
- it takes ages to back them up and
- they take up a massive amount of storage.
I got lazy on this one and paid the price. This is a composite that I found from pictures on a hard drive that I've lost. (Yes... some of the highlights were blown out...)
