Shikotan

First Photo South Kuril islands Shikotan. As you know, before the Second World War it belonged to Japan. But at the end of the war, he went to the Soviet Union.
Now it is one of the most distant land pieces. Access to only with a pass that gives the FSB. So I could not get to the skeleton. Photographed from the ship.
In 1994, there was a tsunami. Since then, the victims are flooded ships in the bay. And on the shore only restored wooden buildings. 

Первая фотография Южно Курильского островах Шикотан. Как вы знаете, до второй мировой войны он принадлежал Японии. Но по итогам войны, отошел к СССР.
Сейчас это один из самый далеких кусочков земли. Доступ туда только по пропускам, которые выдает ФСБ. Поэтому попасть на остов я не смог. Фотографировал с теплохода.
В 1994 году там произошло цунами. С тех пор пострадавшие корабли лежат подтопленными в бухте. А на берегу восстановили только деревянные постройки.

Sheregesh 

The second photo is also from a remote region of my country. This mining town Sheregesh, which is located somewhere  in the middle of my country.
In winter it is very cold. The temperature drops to minus 50 degrees Celsius. Therefore, most of the houses is brick five-story building with central heating.
I was very surprised when I found this house. And people live in this house.

Температура опускается до минус 50 градусов цельсия. Поэтому большинство домов это кирпичные пятиэтажки с центральным отоплением. Я был очень удивлен, когда нашел этот дом. И люди живут в этом доме.

Kazan

  Третья фотография это город Казань. Я туда приехал в 2012 году, когда город готовился к приему всемирной Универсиады. Каково было моё удивление, когда в пяти минутах хоть бы от центрального вокзала я обнаружил это здание. Тогда как остальной город больше напоминал глобальную стройку. Это не заброшенное здание. Оказалось, что в этом доме живут люди...
