Not sure what you're referring to. Just showing off my pellicle (the thing I'm showing off is called a pellicle, it's a cellulose mat that the kombucha produces to protect the brew)

It is, partially. It's got the scoby in it and it's a product of it. It's what most people think of, so you're not far off. A giant roast pepper though? Interesting
