Lily's New Toy: Nikkor DX 55-300mm Lens for Nikon D3300 Camera Purchased With Steem!
With the help of the recent rise of Steem and our payouts we purchased a new telephoto lens for our Nikon D3300 camera. This allows us to take zoom from where our current lens usually stops all the way to 300mm which allows us to zoom into things pretty close from very far away.
We paid almost 7000 pesos for it at Sanbornes, the store we refer to as the fancy shop. Stay tuned for posts to come to see what it looks like.
It came with a nice bag and a hood to protect the lens.
All photos from here on out were taken with the new camera, from our house.
The morning was hazy to say the least.
A note on that tall building, it's called La Fortaleza and it's honestly one of the few places in the city I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Between high prices and Nazi-like security, it's just not good.

Oh a new lens! I can wait to get a new one myself and I'm still using my 2 kit lenses with my Canon 80d. At least I need to get the nifty fifty since it cheap lens that is fairly good!
