As promised, today we continue with news from my garden.
Everything is developing beautifully and the courgettes are flowering for the first time.
The flowers are very short-lived and each flower only blooms for a few hours.
Apparently the flowers are a delicacy and they contain a lot of beta-carotene and vitamin A, which is great for the skin and eyes.
They also contain a lot of phosphorus, which is needed to build cell walls.
Unfortunately, I can't say what they taste like, but I'll have to try them out now.
Under the small protective cones are savoy cabbage plants.
Let's see if they can do anything against the white flies.

Wow! Courgettes are my favourite green! Bought a few seeds but no time to plant them yet! The greenhouse is not done yet.
