Almond (Amygdalus communis) - a shrub or a small tree, belongs to the family of Rosaceae, the genus Plum, is both wild and cultivated.
The tree is awakened much earlier than all others, blooms one of the first becoming an ornament of the landscape

Almond has a stone fruit, similar in shape to peach bone, although it is considered a nut..
