⏳ASHES OF TIME / CENIZAS DEL TIEMPO B&W
Punta Tuna lighthouse is located at the southeast side of the island of Puerto Rico. The lighthouse was built in 1890 by the Spanish government to alert the sailors of the coast.
El faro punta tuna se encuentra al sureste de la isla de Puerto Rico. El faro fue construido en 1890 por el gobierno español para alertar a los marineros de la costa.
After the Spanish-American War Puerto Rico became a colony of the United States until today, so the lighthouse is under the jurisdiction of the coast guard of the United States.
Luego de la guerra Hispano-Americana Puerto Rico paso a ser colonia de los Estados Unidos hasta el día de hoy, por lo que el faro esta bajo la jurisdicción la guardia costanero de Estados Unidos.
What remains are the memories of a structure of great importance in the past, but like everything, time turns it into dust and ashes eventually.
Ya lo que queda son los recuerdos de una estructura de mucha importancia en el pasado, pero como todo, el tiempo lo convierte en polvo y cenizas eventualmente.
