Butterfly saviour

My boyfriend @ian.wash and I were out for a walk here in Beautiful Britsh Columbia. He saw something on a rock and started going down the water edge to get a better look.
It was a butterfly stuck on a rock that couldn't fly away.
He grabbed the butterfly and fixed his unstraightened bent back wing. The butterfly immediately flew away.

The butterfly came back and flew around our heads, it landed on my boyfriends hand then onto a flower. It let us take pictures of it before it flew away.
It was almost like it was saying "thank you"
