Lake shown in the picture is called Phewa (sometimes pronounced as Fewa) Lake. We mostly called it as Fewa Tal. Tal is a Nepali word which means lake in English. Pokhara is a major tourist destination for the tourists around the world and is also called as "Tourist Paradise of Nepal". The lake which is about 5 kilometre is one of the best place for the tourist to visit. You can do boating and fishing here. You will be lucky if the weather is sunny because in the water you can see the shadows of three great mountains of Nepal- Annapurna, Dhaulagiri and Machapuchre.

But as you can see in the picture, the day I visit here the weather was covered in mist. Did boating for only a few minutes because if storm or lightening or heavy rainfall occurs, then there might be a risk of boating. So, I didn't really went to the far for boating and returned immediately after the rain started to pour. It was an exciting journey though.
