This guy is known as the Repair Man and was found in Lego® set 6655 released in 1984.
This mini figure looks ready to repair anything in his trendy blue dungarees. Although, we were wondering why he had a picture of an envelope on his top. Our Dad told us it was a pocket.

Our STEEMIT goal. We are a family who has collected Lego® for many years starting with our Daddy who began collecting as a child . After having the majority of our's and Daddy’s collection stolen, we started to build our collection together once more. We will use STEEMIT as our platform to archive our Lego® collection. In time and with the help of our Steemian friends … We will build our Lego® mini figure museum together.
