This weekend I stopped by a local international store and bought some garri among other things. Here’s the garri isle.2C4E3076-4641-4294-B69E-B6B96C24E154.jpeg

There were many kings of dry flour such as yam, plantains and rice which can all serve the purpose of fufu to go with a delicious soup. My favorite is okra soup which is what I made. During the cold winter a spicy delicious soup helps keep you healthy and feeling good.
