Panoramas are one of my favorite ways to show off a scene. They contain much interest and detail which beg you to explore them. This little tip adds an extra pinch of creativity, turning panoramas into miniature planets that really adds a wow factor.

HERE IS THE TUTORIAL HOW I MADE IT

Now we should be careful while choosing the image. The image should be horizon little panoramic and ratio between sky and building should be good. And it should have 3 layers : foreground, middleground and sky

And the 1st step we need to make our image square because the filter we are using will suit for the square image.
JUST press ALT+ctrl+I

Do not forget to disable constrain aspect ratio.
it looks like this

Then we need to invert your image vertically
just press ctrl+T. And right click on image

And click on filter and select distort and polar cordinate.Screenshot (52).png

Make sure to click on rectangle to polar radio button.
AND hit ok and it looks like this:

There we can see a big line which is disturbing the image so use clone tool to fix it
