In the harbour...

Similarly to airports and railway stations, harbours also have a unique atmosphere. I like the "orderly mess" one can find there. Ropes are nicely rolled, boats lined up in rows - everything has its place. I really enjoy walking around and see how passionately "tenants" take care of their boats. There is a rhythm in the harbour driven by the slow waves rocking the boats. Life slows down, nerves are calmed as the entire atmosphere reflects a peculiar calmness. I have never seen a frustrated sailman. All troubles and problems are melted into the endless blue waters. A nice way to get rid of the daily hassle... 😊
