Sunny Winters day in New Zealand North Island Rangitkei
We are in the middle of winter here in New Zealand but we are past the shortest day and are heading for spring time which means summer is just around the corner, well sort of.

And in the paddocks over the last couple weeks i have been noticing new Lambs hopping around the place, Below are pictures of last years pet lamb - named...wait for it..Lamb Lamb he's a boy

I have a good laugh when people overseas say our weather looks nice - I'm planning to do some background checking, but at the moment I'd put money on it that Wellington has already just had the coldest wettest six months in recorded history. Yours does look good though!

Yes, I'm sure we did, nobody here has backyards, they all washed away, and it's been pissing down every day since Xmas (I'm not even exaggerating all that much)
Why so much water sitting, is there a drainage problem or just too much rain all the time.
That's a long time raining.
That is from a recent flood - because the ground is waterlogged they are happening regularly

Just kidding, because here in Wellington we didn't have a summer and are now in the middle of the coldest wettest winter ever, so we can't remember what hot is!

Over there the weather looks nice. Over here in the U.S, in California the weather is really hot. Makes you want to go to the beach or get in a Jacuzzi . Great Pics. Hope To see more... Paul
