Here's Day 5! A ground breaking day. We started early and the team was already there when we arrived. Khun Run was operating the digger and did a superb job of listening and understanding what we wanted and launched straight into it. We had explained everything to him yesterday and then we made changes during the day as we saw how work was progressing and how the lay of the land looked once he started grading it and taking out some of the trees. Initially we have wanted to keep most of the trees, but as we have now seen how much needed to be cleared so we can level the plot for the house, and because Pansa has over 30 fruit trees in large pots and baskets to plant on the land, we have removed more of the existing longan trees. We are very happy with the progress and will be back tomorrow to oversee the continuation.
