Wikipedia has defined the microscope as an instrument used to see objects that are too small for the naked eye, and said, the science of investigating small objects using such an instrument is called microscopy... (see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microscope). So, what should we call for this?

Whatever I think, is a work of photography with stunning results. We can see the state of the object with great detail, and more than that, we do not need to bring the object to labotarium. Enough in the field, and without spoiling anything.
