Gardening is excellent hobby for everyone.

Gardening is maintained one kind of planned place where trees, flowers, fruits are cultivating. Usually it is plantation outdoor the house or other places. Gardening is a education part of horticulture. But everybody cannot cultivate gardening because we have no enough place and time, money and intention. It is included our chores like eating, learning, praying, playing and sleeping.Then it is good exercise for our health. There are various reasons to fit our health through gardening such as :

1. Gardening reliefs our mentally stress and solitary,

2. Gardening reduces our heart diseases and stroke because we cultivate different tree, we move our body and get energy from the sun and environment.

3. Gardening reductions our dementia problem functional by watering the flowers and plants and removing the weeds.

4. Process of gardening we ingestion on vegetables or fruits, it is alleviate our depression, symptoms of psoriasis, allergies and asthma.

5. Gardening is one kind of good exercise whereas we are aged day by day, our body muscles become narrow. So gardening keeps our muscles strong and mentally happy.

So i think that gardening is very enjoyable hobby in our everyone life. By own gardening aim for a combination of food-producing and flowering plants to nourish all the senses increase that life enjoy.
