Your pain shows you so effectively...if you'll see it correctly.
But if you blame your toothache on too many sweets, and feel shame, you may have missed the point.
Why did you eat those sweets? Now, we are getting somewhere.
No judgement. Just see. Feel. Be aware.
Integrate your darker side, and watch the layers as they peel back.
If you deny your pain and shadows, they will come out in unhealthy ways.
When you are aware, there is nothing that can defeat you.

Love this. I used to be so afraid of my own fears. Feeling that I shouldn't feel them, that there was something wrong with me for feeling them. I've come to learn that they are opportunities to know myself better. There's nothing to be afraid of. I let myself sink into my fears now with an open heart and mind, and find that this is incredibly healing. Thanks for your post, and followed. :)

Very informative post, specialy the said when you are awear, no one can defeat you. We should awear about our positive and negative side equaly, so that we can correct our wickness, and gain success.
